Setting-up your first RETS property class

If you are this far, you should already have the RETS server login information all setup, the RETS server is communicating with TransparentRETS, and you have matched the list of RETS property classes with Open-Realty property classes, creating or modifying any OR classes as necessary.

Next, we will configure one of the property classes: Residential, all the way through to import. We will skip configuring any of the other classes until we have Residential importing and working completely. Setting up the rest of the classes once you have Residential working will go very quickly as much of it will simply be replicating what you do for Residential.

When you are ready, you now can move on to configuring the RETS Import Settings by clicking the  icon from the Open-Realty main administration page to get started with your first property class.
